Adapting to Industry Challenges
In recent times a reduction in savings has been noticed due to repairers now conforming and understanding the auditing process and ensuring their supplier invoices are valid. However, a shift in repairer “Extras” has been identified concerning Labour and Paint and authorized by the Assessor.

Managing Salvage Parts
ACI ensures that salvage parts, which belong to the insurer, are properly managed. Through Partfinders.co.za, we collect these parts for reuse in future claims or resale to the trade. Salvage monitoring also helps us oversee the repair process, ensuring proper reconciliation of final costings when salvage parts are missing or not returned.
